Tanu Priya has been a member of the bar for about 14 years and is an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India. Her areas of expertise include business-commercial litigation,corporate and insolvency issues, banking and finance. She has also handled a diverse range of complex arbitration cases mainly involving commercial disputes, construction contracts, investment disputes, and shareholding disputes.

Ms. Gupta has successfully represented multinational corporations, prominent government entities, and high-net-worth individuals in crucial and contentious cases involving constitutional issues, corporate law disputes, administrative law, company law and public interest litigation before the Supreme Court of India, and the High Court of Delhi. She also has a significant presence in the National Company Law Tribunal & its Appellate Tribunal, DRT, and its Appellate Tribunal. She has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate matters, contractual disputes, contentious employment/service disputes, and regulatory & legal frameworks to facilitate compliance and processes to avoid/mitigate risks in the conduct of business.
