Aiswarya Sahu is an Associate at Sarvagya Legal, with a primary focus on construction and infrastructure arbitration. She has worked on disputes arising from large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and tunnels. In addition to her arbitration practice, she is actively involved in civil and criminal litigation and has considerable experience in corporate and commercial dispute resolution.

She has hands-on experience in arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including drafting notices, pleadings, and court petitions. She contributes to developing arbitration strategies aligned with clients’ commercial objectives and is known for building and maintaining strong client relationships.

At Sarvagya Legal, she combines her academic foundation and practical experience to deliver effective, solution-oriented representation in arbitration and contractual disputes.
