Prateek specializes in Dispute Resolution and brings more than six years of expertise in Civil & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.

He possesses extensive experience in handling both domestic and international commercial arbitrations of significant importance, spanning across diverse industries including Infrastructure, Real Estate, Banking, Information Technology, and Telecom.

In addition, Prateek has effectively dealt with disputes arising from EPC Contracts, Lumpsum Turnkey Contracts, Bill of Quantities Contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, Consortium Agreements, Builder-Buyer Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements to illustrate a few.

He has also been involved in providing valuable advice and legal opinions on matters related to risk mitigation, commercial disputes, bank guarantee invocations, termination issues, blacklisting, litigation due diligence, conciliation, mediation, negotiation, and allied practice areas.
